We like to meet with all of our prospective clients to get to know the business’ unique energy requirements. Energy has been a complex market since deregulation and there are always bespoke requests and historical pains to explore, ensuring they do not repeat themselves.
Tender
As a fully independent energy consultancy, we will complete a tendering exercise with complete transparency.
Presentation
Following the tendering exercise, we shall deliver a presentation highlighting the options available, tailored to the findings from our initial meeting.
Contract Management
Once a contract has been agreed with the chosen supplier, we will ensure previous contracts are terminated as agreed and continue to manage the contract through to live date to eradicate any transfer delays. Ongoing Support – Invoice validation, query resolution and day to day energy management. We like to think of ourselves as your off site energy desk.
Market Analysis
Throughout the contract term, we will keep you up to date with the volatile energy market and have the ability to purchase your renewals up to 24 months in advance. This allows you to make an informed decision, locking in a price in advance, when the market looks to be favourable.

Current Contract Verification
Initially, Consider Energy will analyse your current contracts and meter types to ensure you have the correct set up for your business. After collecting the information from the energy suppliers, we can put together an analysis, summarising our findings.

From our panel of suppliers, we will put together a detailed proposal and discuss various suppliers, terms and contract types as often as you feel is required.

Suppliers all have the option to object to a transfer taking place, termination notice missed, debt on the account or incorrect company details are some of a long list of issues that can occur. Consider Energy manage objections promptly, as and when they happen – essential when we are looking for a smooth supplier transfer.
In House Support & Account Management
As a customer of Consider Energy, whether the contract in place has been orchestrated by us or another party, you have complete access to your specific account manager to deal with queries relating to all things energy. Not sure if its relevant? Give us a try!
Change of Tenancy
Moving in and out of commercial property is a regular occurrence. Having said that, it doesn’t mean it is easy to notify and manage your energy suppliers! We can help manage this process for you, allowing you to focus on the other important tasks associated with a move.
Invoice Validation
As we also have access to your invoice information, we cast our expert eyes over your invoices to ensure they look to be as expected. As the energy invoices appear more and more complex, it can make it harder to ensure you are paying the correct amount.
Query Management
Any other queries? We can help! We operate a 5-day query management SLA, giving you peace of mind that we will be back in touch soon to answer your questions. If the query relates to a supplier and requires further information, we will keep you updated on your query every time we have contact with the supplier as we work towards a solution.
